All-On-4 Plus® is an advanced full-arch implant solution that replaces all teeth in one jaw with 4 or more implants, depending on your clinical needs. Two implants are placed at the front and two or more are strategically angled at the back to maximise support.
A fixed bridge is then attached, allowing you to leave the clinic with a complete, functional smile — usually within 24–48 hours of surgery.
It’s an ideal solution for people with missing or failing teeth, including those with weaker jawbones who may not be suitable for traditional implants.
